Governance Secretarial Professionals

Governance & Secretarial Professionals (“GASP”) GASP ENHANCES A BOARD’S COMPLIANCE AND GOVERNANCE PROFILE.
“We are there to ensure we are your first GASP, and not your last!”

The Issues requiring INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS are illustrated below:-
“The importance of Boards having a board compliance programme is essential to meet the challenges that directors face when dealing with the demanding requirements of both ASIC and ASX regulations. These requirements are constantly changing as regulators and business stakeholders push for competitive markets with ever increasing accountability and transparency. The role of the company secretary in generating a Board Compliance Programme is critical to the effective administration of the Board as they are a conduit between the Chairman, directors and executive management when dealing with regulatory and risk compliance.

  • Directors’ potential accountability in the work place requires an experienced professional secretary to keep the Board informed and show judgement in resolving these issues.
  • Stakeholder relations require persuasive communication skills, strategic understanding and timing of the issues that keeps everyone informed and on the “same-page”.

WHY GASP…?
GASP offers experienced qualified Company Secretaries, working as one for the client, bringing current knowledge and experience in a niche governance and secretarial service. In addition, they offer a range of financial and commercial skills that assists in the implementation of a Board Compliance Program.
GASP identifies the regulatory and governance issues that need attention and develops the strategies to implement them and by providing the risk/reward metrics that assists the directors in making their decisions. GASP works practically with the directors to ensure that critical issues are resolved expeditiously and there is clear analysis and strategies to reach the compliance goals.
